David is a Global Leader with 15+ years of experience of increasing responsibility across global supply chain, operations, capability development and transformational initiatives strategy and execution in Aviation, Power Generation (Feedstock-To-Power, Services, EPC, Infrastructure), Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream and Services value chain), Rail (Shop Operations) and Healthcare Technology (Services, Pricing, Go-To-Market).
Currently as an Entrepreneur Consultant and prior as an Executive with the General Electric Company (GE), David has practical depth of expertise leveraging his supply chain and operations background in driving large scale transformational projects including global company initiatives with regular report-outs to the C-Suite including the Global Chairman & CEO and Corporate Officers.
Throughout his career, he was accountable for developing operational strategy and its execution to deliver growth while leveraging partnerships including regulators, technical commercial and local stakeholders.
Over his 12-year career with the General Electric Co. (GE) and most recently as the Executive Sourcing Manager for the $3 billion GE Africa business, he developed expertise in leading global teams solving complex supply chain opportunities in the developed and emerging markets to deliver growth and optimize operations.
David has successfully led and executed $1B+ Power Generation Services, Oil & Gas and integrated high technology projects globally including in the United States, Asia, Sub-Sahara Africa, MENAT and Europe. These roles have covered all functional areas including Operations, Supply Chain, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Commercial, IT, Compliance, Quality, IT, HR and Restructuring.
In the course of his experiences, he has successfully partnered with all levels of the organization to deliver sustainable impact while managing stakeholders across the organization. He has experience leading SWAT-Teams working in high intensity and visible projects and accountable for critical and time-bound business requirements.
His leadership training includes successful graduation from two of GE's premier career acceleration programs including the GE Corporate Audit Staff (GE CAS) and the GE Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP).
David Kirubi is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in the United States and was conferred with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Degree. WPI consistently ranks as a tier-one (top 25%) university according to U.S. News & World Report and was recently ranked in 2015 as the 5th best university for engineering degrees in the United States.
He has also successfully completed Executive Education at premier institutions including the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Teo is Stanbury & Company’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) and lead Consultant across the process excellence and restructuring operations’ practice.
Over more than 16+ years and across industrial, services and engineering operations, Teo has achieved global expertise in process excellence and operational restructuring leadership.
A certified and highly experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt (MBB), Lean Leader and Blackbelt, Quality Auditor, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) coach and trainer, Teo has managed complex, multi-track projects and programs and led diverse and dynamic teams to deliver optimized and integrated solutions to global businesses across Asia, the Pacific, Middle East and Africa and in close partnership with globally placed project team members including North America.
Teo has been involved in planning, developing and executing large scale projects with signficant capex and opex productivity requirements for large Fortune 500 companies. He has also coached Lean Six Sigma and CAP across the Energy, Oil and Gas and Aviation industries.
Applying Lean Six Sigma methodology, Agile, Design thinking. Teo has led teams of Lean Six Sigma Blackbelts and Continuous Improvement teams accountable for executing large scale and enterprise wide projects to deliver productivity, operational excellence and cross business best practices.
Over 11 years with the General Electric Company (GE) and 5 years with Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide, Teo was responsible to lead, support and consult on complex projects. His project teams have won various awards including a Growth Award from a GE Vice Chairman.
Teo received a Master of Science in Industrial and System Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, and a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, National University Singapore.

Michael is Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Investment Committee Member at KLS Diversified Asset Management LP.
KLS Diversified, founded in 2007, is a fixed income alternative investment manager pursuing relative value oriented opportunities across rates, credit and structured products with over $3.3bn of client assets. The firm is a Registered Investment Adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a Commodity Pool Operator with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Michael has over 39 years of experience in fixed income, credit, banking and hedge fund markets. Prior to joining KLS in 2008, he was CEO/CIO of Stanwich Capital LLC, which he founded in January 2006. Stanwich provided a wide range of advisory services to hedge funds. Until May 2005, he was with J.P. Morgan and its predecessors for 32 years, most recently as Managing Director, Deputy Head of North American Credit Markets and a member of its Management Committee. The North American Credit Markets group was responsible for syndicated loans, structured credit products, credit derivatives, investment grade bonds, asset-backed securities and private placements. In addition to his broader management responsibilities, Michael specialized in credit, structured credit, and certain high-value issuer and investor clients.
He was Deputy Head of US Securities at Chase Securities, Inc. and a member of the US Securities Management Committee. Previously, he was Head of Corporate Bond/Asset-Backed Securities Syndicate, Research, Trading and Sales at Chase, and Head of Corporate Bonds and Asset-Backed Securities at Chemical Securities.
Prior to Chemical Securities, Michael was Treasurer of Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, Global Head of Syndicated Loans, Chief of Staff, Coverage Banker, Corporate Lender and Workout Specialist at Manufacturers Hanover. In 2005, along with John Steinhardt, Michael explored creating a dedicated credit investment manager, Spectrum Investment Group LP, which they did not launch.
Michael received a B.S. in Management Engineering in 1971 from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters in Finance in 1973 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He serves on the Harvard Global Advisory Council, on the Board of Friends of Africa (Global Fund) and on the Advisory Board of the Global Business Coalition on Health matters (GBC Health).

Management Consultant - StrategyCorp
Vasileios is currently co-leading an advisory firm facilitating trade and investment between the EU and Canada. Previously, he served as the Vice President for Corporate Development at Keela.co (a social enterprise that tackles the annual $100 billion inefficiency of the no-profit sector in North America), as an Associate at Social Change Rewards (a $15+ million startup utilizing behavioral economics to increase the efficiency of public policy delivery), as a member of Fundie Impact Fund, and researched data for the Brookfield Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He completed his undergraduate education in Chemical Engineering at the University of Toronto, along with professional designations in finance. David Loseff is a rancher and private investor in Montana, US focused on real estate investments.
